Could be anything – but I guess it is going to be around food, transport or waste. Creative ideas most welcome.
the most important thing humanity can do is feed all the toilets in the world recycled and reclaimed water. Think about it, drinkable water being flushed down the drain is the most stupid thing this world does. Not having desalinization plants in every city all along all of the oceans of the world is number two. If the entire world would solve these two problems we would solve all of the water shortage forever. Water used to bathe in, wash dishes in and shower in should be set up to gather and then be recycled into watering the yards and plants around all homes and buildings. A passive watering system should be mandate on all newly built homes. Solar energy can not be ignored. Incandescent lighting should be outlawed. Littering should involve 120 days of jail time in a cell with a 300 pound ugly gay guy. Men proved involved in rape cases should have their penises cut off. I mean if we are cleaning house then let’s nip this B S in the bud right? If you cheat, steal or lie you get a one way ticket to Istanbul to live there, not here, until you die. Big or little companies caught dumping, polluting or trying to get away with hazardous spills of anything considered unhealthy to humanity must be closed down. Just shut and lock their doors for two months. Do it again and the company gets shut down for good. When people start getting serious then and only then will the turn around become important.

all these seas are internal seas and were divided long ago by following the land border dragging it down to the other coast unless the sea itself is the border.
as in dead sea – the border just follow fr north to south.
aral sea – borders already decided and split between uzbek/kazakhs. there are no issues with these 2 seas.
the compass markings r adhered to.
with collapse of USSR and emergence of Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Azerbaijan as independent states, ownership and development rights in the caspian is being debated. currently, there is no agreed-upon convention that delineates the littoral states’ ownership of the Sea’s resources or their development rights. iran / kazakh had some naval issues on oil exploration etc. stalemate now!

2) Installed capacity of wind turbines.
3) Average capacity factor of wind turbines. (25 to 40%)
You need to decide whether your research is going to be just the US or world-wide.
